the staff displayed true kindness and warmth i felt completely cared for i loved that breakfast offered such ample choice setting a sweet tone for each day the city view from our fifth floor room was amazing offering a new perspective on shared dreams.
sound insulation could use improvements i noticed some hallway noises late at night, though i did not find it a major distraction.

The assigned room was disappointingly small. It felt more like a cramped cupboard than a comfortable space i expected. the decor was dated with noticeable stains on the carpet and chipped paint on the walls. the bathroom was older and the shower had weak water pressure.

the staff was friendly and breakfast offered good choices.
The room was smaller than expected, and i was quite annoyed to find no bottled water provided. I had to fill my water bottle from the bathroom tap (not ideal). also, the lack of a minibar was disappointing. i really think these are basics, especially for the price.

the bus stop was directly across from the hotel. it made getting into the city very easy. the room has a large tv and fast wifi. onsite parking was available for ten pounds per night.
i found a small issue with low water pressure in the shower. the pressure wasn't terrible but could improve. also some minor damages in the room was noted.
